Local Hate Account GUSD Parents Voices Calls Burbank Mayor the R-word

Content warning: repost of hateful language

GUSD Parents [sic] Voices is getting into the holiday spirit and celebrating the MAGA win the only way they know how: posting stories on Instagram about Burbank elected officials.

In a story posted this week, GUSD Parents Voices - associated with Aneta Krpekyan, Ani Torosyan, Alex Balekian, and Jordan Henry - refers to Konstantine Anthony as "retarded."

Councilmember Anthony is openly and proudly autistic.  He also lives in and serves...Burbank.

Stay classy, GPV. And congrats to the new Mayor of Burbank!

Note: According to GUSD.net, 10% of the students in GUSD are special needs, which includes ASD (autism spectrum disorder) as well as speech or hearing disabilities. We guess GUSD Parents Voices don't care about those kids?

GUSD Parents Voices is also mad that the new mayor rotating in is queer.

Meanwhile over in Glendale, students and teachers and families are grieving the death of a 9th grade Hoover High student. No posts yet about how to help or where to donate from GUSD Parents Voices, but that's probably for the best.
